returned for consideration CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                      
NO. 42(FIN) with the following amendment:                                      
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE JOINT                                              
RESOLUTION NO. 42(RLS) Proposing an                                            
amendment to the Constitution of the State of                                  
Alaska relating to marriage.                                                   
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.                                                                     
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House
